Upload for the polyploid and one of the parental diploid, a VCF file (Variant Call Format) and a depth coverage file (obtained from GATK).
Your files must be named as follows:

• polyploid.vcf
• diploid.vcf
• polyploid_depth.txt
• diploid_depth.txt

Optionally, you can also provide an annotation file (in GFF3 format) to allow your genes to be drawn by the viewer. The file must be named annotation.gff3.
