SNiPlay Galaxy workflows

All SNiPlay processes are also available as Galaxy workflows in the South Green Galaxy instance.

1- SNiPlay complete workflow

SNiPlay Galaxy wrappers can be installed on your own Galaxy instance using the Galaxy Tool Shed.
